Hello everyone, this February is packed with key events, exciting free rewards, and some big reveals. If you don’t want to miss anything, this guide is for you. From free pulls to the highly anticipated version 1.7 character announcement, I’ll break down everything happening this month so you can plan and maximize your pulls.
Free Pulls Available This Month
The shop has been reset, allowing you to take advantage of another easy five PS from The Fading Signal. Additionally, a new login event is starting, meaning you can earn another 10 free pulls.
If you completed the previous login event, Brilliant Overturn, you have until March 11th to finish it and receive another 10 pulls.
Important Dates
February 11th – Version 1.5 Phase 2 Release
The Evelyn banner will be released. I hope you’ve saved up your pulls for her.
February 21st – Version 1.6 Special Program
The live stream will reveal official gameplay for new upcoming characters and events. During the stream, giveaway codes for 300 Polychromes will be available, so make sure you don’t miss them. I’ll share these codes on my YouTube Community page in case you forget to claim them.
After the special program, the anticipation for the next banner marketing will be immense. However, HoYoverse has recently been delaying these teasers until after the full release of the previous version. This trend has been seen not only in Zenless Zone Zero but also in their other games.
March 9th – Preloading for Version 1.6
Preloading begins, allowing players to download the patch data early for a smoother update experience. This feature is especially useful for mobile players or those with slower internet connections.
March 11th – Full Release of Version 1.6
Version 1.6 introduces two new characters:
- Phase 1: Silver Soldier ANBY – S-Rank Electric Attack
- Phase 2: Trigger – S-Rank Electric Stun, likely to pair well with ANBY
- PCRA – A-Rank Physical Stun
For rerun banners, my predictions are that Juyeon or Jane Doe might return.
Version 1.7 Drip Marketing
A few days after the 1.6 release, HoYoverse will likely begin their official 1.7 drip marketing campaign. Recent leaks suggest we will be getting characters from the Mockingbird faction.
Here are two of the new leaked characters:
- Vlad Hugo – Ice Attack Agent. Leaks indicate he will be a high-damage character excelling at attacking stunned enemies.
- Vivien – Ether Anomaly character. Currently, there is not much information available about her playstyle, but I’ll keep you updated.
