HoYoverse regularly releases Genshin Impact codes that grant valuable in-game rewards like Primogems, Mora, Hero’s Wit, Adventurer’s Experience, and more. With Version 5.8 and the new character Ineffa on the horizon, July 2025 brings a fresh batch of redemption codes to boost your adventures!
Current Active Genshin Impact Codes (as of July 21, 2025)
It’s always a good idea to redeem codes as soon as you can, as their expiration can be unpredictable. Here are all the working Genshin Impact codes currently available:

A quick note about ‘GENSHINGIFT’: This is one of the oldest codes in the game, so there’s a good chance you might have already redeemed it. If it doesn’t work, that’s likely why! If you’re certain you haven’t used it, try again after the next update or contact customer service.

What About the 5.8 Livestream Codes?
As is tradition with every Genshin Impact Special Program, the Version 5.8 livestream did release new redemption codes. However, these codes are always time-sensitive, typically expiring within 48 hours and often having limited uses.
The 5.8 livestream codes have already expired, but for your reference, here’s what they offered:

- Summer0730Asha: 100 Primogems and 5 Hero’s Wit
- TranquilBanquet: 100 Primogems and 50,000 Mora
How to Redeem Genshin Impact Codes
Redeeming your freebies is straightforward, but you’ll need to meet one small requirement first:
- Reach Adventure Rank 10: If you’re new to Genshin Impact, focus on opening chests and completing main and side quests to quickly level up your your Adventure Rank.
- Visit the Official Redemption Website: Once you’re at Adventure Rank 10, head to the official Genshin Impact code redemption page.
- Log In to Your Account: Make sure you log in with the correct HoYoverse account associated with your Genshin Impact game. If you can’t remember your linked email, you can find it in-game by going to Settings (cog icon) > Account > User Centre. You can also log in using linked Google, Apple, Facebook, or Twitter IDs.
- Enter Your Details: After logging in, select your Server Region, your in-game Character Name (it should auto-populate once you select the server), and then enter the Redemption Code in the designated field.
- Confirm Redemption: Click the “Redeem” button. A “Redemption Successful” pop-up will appear if the code worked.
- Claim In-Game Mail: Return to Genshin Impact, open your Mail (the letter icon in the main menu), and either “Claim” individual rewards or “Claim All” to receive your free items!
Important Note: Each redemption code can only be used once per character. If you create a new character, you’ll be able to use the codes again!
