“The Hatch” is a unique take on the classic Roblox Egg Hunt, a tradition since 2008. This year, the event centers around collecting “Elemental Eggs” that correspond to the structure of the universe. Roblox has been teasing creators with physical, numbered eggs, sparking immense curiosity and excitement within the community.
Players are tasked with finding 100 uniquely themed eggs scattered across hundreds of participating experiences – a record-breaking number for a Roblox egg hunt. These eggs are categorized into ten elemental themes (like earth, fire, water, air, etc.), each with varying rarities (common, primal, mythic).

How Does It Work?
The event features a vibrant coastal wonderland hub that serves as your starting point. From here, you can access portals to various Roblox experiences where hidden eggs await. Simply walk over them to add them to your collection.
A key aspect of “The Hatch” is the ability to trade with other players and merge duplicate eggs within the hub. This allows players to complete their elemental sets, with collecting all ten eggs in a set rewarding you with a special “hatchable” egg that unlocks an exclusive virtual avatar item.
