Cipher’s skill has a 120% base chance to inflict Weaken on one designated enemy and adjacent targets. This effect:

• Reduces their DMG dealt by 10%
• Increases Cipher’s ATK by 30% for 2 turns

At the same time, she deals Quantum DMG:

• 200% of Cipher’s ATK to the main target
• 100% of Cipher’s ATK to adjacent targets

Talent: The Hospitable Dolosian

When no enemies are in the “Patron” state, Cipher marks the enemy with the highest Max HP as the Patron.

• The Patron state only applies to the latest selected target.
• When allies attack the Patron, Cipher automatically launches a Follow-up Attack, dealing 250% of her ATK as Quantum DMG.

This follow-up can only be triggered once per turn.

Cipher also records 12% of the non-True DMG her allies deal to the Patron. This recorded DMG is cleared after using her Ultimate.

Technique: Puss in Boots

Upon using this Technique, Cipher gains Zagreus’s Blessing for 15 seconds:

• She becomes undetectable
• Gains 50% increased movement speed

During this state:

• She can collect random consumables when approaching enemies (up to 50 times daily)
• Upon entering battle, deals 100% of ATK as Quantum DMG to all enemies
• Increases recorded DMG from this instance by 200%

• Enemy DEF is reduced by 30% while Cipher is on the field
• Cipher’s action advances by 100% at the start of each wave

Eidolon 1: Read the Room, Seek the Glee

• Increases Follow-up ATK trigger count to 2
• Hitting enemies has a 120% chance to make them receive 25% more DMG for 2 turns
• Cipher’s recorded DMG becomes 150% of the original
• Follow-up ATKs from the Talent increase Cipher’s ATK by 80% for 2 turns

• When hitting enemies, there’s a 120% chance they take 30% more DMG for 2 turns
