The characters that will be getting skins in version 4.8 are Nilou and Kirara. Let’s see more about them.

Kirara Skin

Kirara is a 4-star Dendro character that was released on May 24, 2023, with the introduction of Version 3.7. As a character, Kirara is mostly played as a Dendro support, but she’s not that great. What makes her shine is her ability to turn into a kitten who can climb up walls faster than other characters.

After a year, Kirara is finally getting her first skin [Phantom in Boots]. This skin will appear in version 4.8 and will be featured as one of the rewards for the main event [Summertide Scales and Tales].

During the event, you will both be able to get a copy of Kirara and her new skins completely for free. After the event, you will be able to find the skin in the store, but it will cost you Genesis Crystals, so be sure to get it for free while you can!

Nilou Skin

Nilou is a 5-star Hydro character that was released way back on October 14, 2022. Following her release, players fell in love with Nilou’s design and character, prompting many to start saving their Primogems for her. Now, almost two years later, Nilou is getting her first skin [Breeze of Sabaa]. Breeze of Sabaa is a beautiful skin that focuses on blue and purple themes to bring Nilou’s beauty to life.

The skin opens up more of Nilou’s head while covering the part around her abdomen, giving her an even more elegant appearance.

Given that Nilou is a 5-star character, her skin is expected to appear in the shop for a speculated price of 1,680 Genesis Crystals. However, if we consider previous skin releases, we can expect that the skin will have a 20% discount during the duration of version 4.8, which will bring its price down to 1,350 Genesis Crystals.
